Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Campose iOS application and the camera and artificial-intelligence features made available through it. In this Policy, “Campose,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the Campose application.

This Policy does not govern any third-party website, application, or service that you may access independently. Such services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Information We Process

Camera and photograph content

Depending on the feature you choose to use, Campose may process:

• photographs captured with the camera;
• reference images that you deliberately select through the iOS photo picker;
• frozen camera frames submitted for composition analysis;
• captured works submitted for photo review; and
• composition guidance, template information, and photo-analysis results generated in response to your request.

Ordinary camera preview is processed primarily on your device. Campose does not continuously upload your camera preview in the background.

Text and instructions you provide

We may process photography goals, prompts, editing instructions, template descriptions, and other text that you deliberately submit in connection with a Campose feature.

You should not include identity documents, financial information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary for the feature you have requested.

Information stored on your device

Campose may store the following information locally on your device:

• captured works and their analysis results;
• custom templates and reference images;
• saved inspirations and composition preferences; and
• camera and AI-feature settings.

Limited technical information

When Campose connects to OpenAI GPT, that service may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to process and secure the request, such as an IP address, request time, model identifier, network status, and diagnostic or abuse-prevention records.

Campose does not currently include third-party advertising, cross-application tracking, or behavioral-profiling software.

How We Use Information

We process information only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide camera capture and photograph-selection functions;
• analyze composition, subject placement, lighting, spacing, and visual relationships;
• create shooting templates from reference images;
• produce photo reviews and photography guidance;
• store and manage works, templates, analysis results, and preferences on your device;
• maintain service security, diagnose failures, and prevent misuse;
• respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information obtained for one purpose will not be used for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, additional notice or consent.

OpenAI GPT Processing

Certain Campose functions require cloud-based artificial-intelligence processing. When you deliberately invoke one of these functions, Campose may transmit the minimum content necessary to OpenAI GPT.

Image understanding, composition analysis, template interpretation, and generation of written photography guidance.

Content sent

A frozen camera frame, a selected reference image, a captured work, associated prompts or photography goals, and limited request metadata, depending on the feature selected.

Campose does not use your photographs or prompts to train a public, general-purpose AI model. OpenAI GPT is required to process submitted information only for providing the requested service, maintaining security, and complying with applicable law, subject to the applicable service agreement.

If you decline cloud processing, you may continue to use Campose functions that do not depend upon OpenAI GPT.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose it for third-party targeted advertising or cross-application tracking.

We may disclose information only:

• to OpenAI GPT, at your direction and with the consent described above, to provide a feature you have requested;
• where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Campose, its users, or the public;
• where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; or
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, subject to continued protection of the information and any notice required by law.

Retention and Deletion

Information stored on your device

Works, templates, reference images, analysis results, and preferences stored locally are ordinarily retained until you delete the relevant item, clear application data, or uninstall Campose.

A copy that you save to Apple Photos is controlled separately through the Photos application. Removing content from Campose does not remove a copy that has already been saved to Apple Photos.

Information processed by OpenAI GPT

Content submitted to OpenAI GPT is retained only for the period permitted by the applicable service configuration and reasonably necessary to process the request, maintain security, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Campose does not create a separate cloud archive of submitted photographs for its own use.

Deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by Campose by using the contact information below. Because most Campose content is stored only on your device, we may be unable to access or restore that local content.

Permissions and Your Choices

You may change Campose permissions at any time in iOS Settings:

• Camera: prevents Campose from accessing the device camera;
• Photos: limits or withdraws access to photographs you have selected; and
• Add Photos: prevents Campose from saving works to Apple Photos.

Withdrawing permission does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal, but the corresponding feature may no longer function.

You may also decline cloud processing, disable automatic AI analysis where that option is available, delete individual works or templates, or uninstall Campose to remove locally stored application data.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Unless a future version provides separate notice and obtains any permission required by law, Campose does not intentionally collect:

• precise or approximate location;
• contacts;
• health or fitness information;
• government identification numbers;
• financial or payment-card information;
• advertising identifiers;
• activity across other companies’ applications or websites; or
• facial templates used to establish or verify a person’s identity.

Campose may analyze visible people, subjects, and compositional relationships in a photograph. This visual analysis is not used to create a database for identifying particular individuals.

Children’s Privacy

Campose is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

If you submit a photograph that depicts a child, you are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful authority to use and process that photograph. A parent or guardian who believes that a child’s information has been processed improperly may contact us to request appropriate action.

Information Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections for OpenAI GPT requests, purpose limitation, and data minimization.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You should avoid submitting sensitive content that is not required for the photography feature you intend to use.

International Processing

OpenAI GPT infrastructure may process information in a country or region other than the one in which you reside. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required, we rely upon contractual protections, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism for international processing.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to:

• obtain information about how your personal information is processed;
• request access to or a copy of personal information;
• request correction or deletion;
• restrict or object to particular processing;
• withdraw consent previously provided; and
• submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations under applicable law. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Campose, its information practices, or applicable legal requirements. The version made available through Campose or our official website is the current version.

If a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required before the revised practice takes effect.
